When a woman at Anhui port walked her dog in the district, she threatened to “stabbing the child to death” on the suspicion that the dog was in conflict with the passer-by because the dog had no rope. On 4 July, according to Chutien Metropolitan newspaper, the woman claimed to hold several high-quality hotels “for tens of millions”, but her said hotel employee stated that it was not clear whether she was the boss's wife.
The video shows the woman shouting, "How dare you touch my dog? Don't you want money? I've got money, not my dog's worth! And there's a man's voice in the video, "That's crazy." Internet sources claim that the reason for the dispute between the parties appears to be that the girl walked her dog without a leash, terrorizing the passing friend, although this claim has not been confirmed by the police.
The woman claimed to be the owner of the insignia dinner, a local chain of high-quality hotel brands, with a legal representative named Shengtao and another shareholder. Public information indicates that the company has a registered capital of RMB 10 million and has been in existence for four years.
On 3 July, a letter of apology was sent by the company suspected of being more expensive than the dog. The letter mentioned that what the woman did was personal and that the company had condemned it and apologized. And the company has fired her.
The letter also mentioned that the company was composed of multiple shareholders and that there was no “company of a certain person” and that the woman could not speak for the company.
According to the New An evening newspaper, two female staff members of the Führer ' s party had been more excited about the incident, stating that it had nothing to do with the hotel, that the letter of apology had not been intended, and that the details were not clear to them. Looking at the women in the video, who continued to “scream”, and with regard to netizens questioning the police's “inactivity” in the matter, the local police responded that the statement was biased and that there was a tendency for the video being distributed online to be edited.
The police revealed that they did receive the police on the same day and that a child had been bitten by a dog. It is now largely clear and will soon be made public.

Counsel has analysed that, first, if the woman ' s dog bites the child, she bears civil liability, compensation and an apology. The woman publicly said that “I'll kill your child if you mess with my dog” was a physical threat, and that later on, “the dog is worth less” was an insult to humanity. In accordance with the relevant provisions, any person who by other means threatens the physical integrity of a person or flagrantly insults another person shall be liable to detention for up to five days or to a fine of up to $500, or, in cases of greater gravity, to detention from 5 to 10 days and a fine of up to $500.
If the child ' s parents wish to continue to hold the woman responsible, they can bring her directly to court for insult.
Many people now treat pets as part of a family out of love for pets and even feed them directly as children. This is a matter of personal choice, as long as it does not affect health or others, it is their own business.
