According to foreign media reports, the dog-loving Indian man, Balu, comes from an Indian city called Pune, and when he meets a stray dog in need of medical treatment in the street, or when he is told, he drives the dog to see a vet, and he takes some homeless waves.

And in order to meet his basic living expenses, he also drives and transports his family dogs, which he receives only Rs. 16 per kilometre, which he uses as a lifelong aspiration. And he's saying he's quite happy with his life!
