They say that the dog is human and that the suffering of life has given the dog the ability to distinguish between human beings. She knew that she was the one who was truly good to herself, so she kept her watch.
The problem of governing stray dogs may be a very serious one, but the root cause of the problem is still human cruelty. What do dogs know? They simply wanted to survive, and the Government had put in place a series of policies to control stray dogs in response to the problems that had arisen. What we can do is to take care of dogs, adopt them instead of buying, sterilization instead of killing, and reduce the number of stray dogs from the source.
