We've been advocating for adoption instead of shopping. The system of such adoptions abroad is sound, and if you want to go to a shelter, you must adopt a dog of your own. There was always a young man in the United States, Anthony, who was still a single man and a single woman, and was therefore prepared to adopt a dog at a shelter.
Anthony was in the shelter and finally picked a dog named Jiji. The selection was not due to how excellent Gigi was, but to the fact that it had been largely a sad display, giving Anthony the urge to preserve it, and to the firm belief that he had the capacity to do so to make him happy again.
Antony wanted to know a lot about Jiji, but the jobman didn't know anything about it, only that it had been taken back by a man, and that there were two small boxes together, with little toys for his daily life. A lot of people used to look like Jiji, but they didn't adopt either. Because Jiji didn't like the adopter, he seemed to wait for someone to take him away!
Anthony took it home despite knowing that there was no way to go through it. But after a few days of relationships, nothing has improved, and it's still a very sad look, and it doesn't interest anyone! Anthony thinks it's good to be used to it, but after a month, Jiji will be the same!
At the end of the day, Antony was ready to abandon it and send Jiji back to the shelter. But when he was cleaning up two little boxes, he found a letter in there! Antony could not forget long after reading the letter, when Gigil's original owner, a soldier, died unexpectedly during a daily mission. The master's friends helped him get the dog to the shelter, but Jiji didn't know the truth about the master's death, and he was waiting for him to come home and pick it up!
That's why Jiji was always unhappy because he was waiting for his master to come home! Anthony couldn't bear to bring him back to the shelter, and the decision was made to look at Jiji with care and diligence, and help him smile again! Here too, wish Jiji a happy life with Antony.
