In recent days, a woman in Shenzhen has sent her pet dog to a pet hospital for a bath, and news that the dog is dying of ineffective rescue as a result of the shower.
The Shenzhen woman took her family's golden hair to the Five-ring Whitestone Pet Hospital for a bath, after which she received information that the dog had been rescued. By the time the woman arrived at the pet hospital, she was in a coma and began to cool down with enemas and ice bags around her body. When rescue ended, the dog situation deteriorated and eventually died.

On 17 May, the Shenzhen Shenzhen Five-ring Whitestone Pets Hospital shivering issued an “Apology letter to the gold fur,” in which it was mentioned that the company had initiated the investigation and treatment of the recent golden fur incident of concern to multiple media and social lovers.
As mentioned in the letter of apology, on 15 May, the dog skin was brought by the pet to the pet hospital for beauty-washing services, and during the subsequent drying process, the skin skin was not saved by the improper use of drying boxes by the hairdresser, resulting in a heat condition and full rescue by the hospital doctor. The hospital was deeply saddened by the mishandling of the incident and deeply apologized to the pets. “In response to the unfortunate incident, the company first contacted the pets and carried out work of pacifying and remediating. Leathering is now handled properly with the pet, and subsequent matters will be actively addressed with the pet”.

As mentioned in the letter of apology, the company has also developed an internal improvement programme for hospital management, which will include the establishment of dedicated responsibility groups, together with appropriate training to raise awareness of services, improve the staff ' s clinical skills and diagnostic services, and ensure that such incidents do not recur; for the persons involved, the hairdresser will be suspended for one month and fined a quarterly bonus for the same amount from the date of suspension; and the director will be paid a reduction in salary and a fine of one quarterly bonus for the same amount from the date of departure.
On 19 May, a journalist from Nandu called the pet hospital to learn that the company's management had reached agreement with the golden hair owner and that the pet hospital had published and apologized for the incident through a web platform, and that the shopkeeper had told the journalist that “the host had forgiven”.
