It must have been the experience of a lot of dog-bearers to get a warm welcome home from their families, not only to come all the way, but also to carry all kinds of little gifts.
So does the one called Levi, but it'll get warmer.
Levi's master said he was surprised when he first found out that he was getting a present for himself! Because it ran out with half a box of screws, and the master thought he had eaten several of them himself, so he took it to the hospital and examined them.
Fortunately, Levi didn't miss the screws, a false alarm.
This time, however, Levi’s reaction opened the door to the new world:
I saw myself running over with a little present.
The master can be so excited.
It's not like it's the first time I've ever seen it.
And what good things like that?
And it's been so full of shit that every day since then it's brought home small gifts.
Sometimes it's a bed, sometimes it's a weed in the backyard, sometimes it's a toy, a little blanket. Even a big stick from nowhere, it's true: welcome home to the master!
Even more romantic, Levi occasionally sends a few freshly removed flowers to his day-long master, which is a lot easier when he sees a good star and a flower.
But it's not always so romantic.
Levi was also said to have taken some fertilizer and chickens raised in the yard. In particular, the little chickens that were taken were smitten and had no idea what was going on, and Levi was the only one who was happy and waiting for a compliment from his master.
Even though these little gifts are not precious, Levi spends every time before his master comes home with a different set of surprises to prepare for his home.
