This was accompanied by the introduction of pet foster care services by electrician platforms, pet hospitals and pet shops, as well as home feeding services by individuals and online companies selling pet supplies. Contrary to hot pet foster care, home-to-door feeding services, most businesses do not know what a pet foster care qualification is; the spring-fest pet foster care market is generally priced but offers are not specialized. It is also common for shopkeepers not to enter into agreements with pet owners and not to have their pets immunised for their health, with many of them suffering from food cuts in pet shops and certain risks.
Last year, the White Paper on the Chinese pet industry (consumer report) of 2018, published jointly by the Dognet Elektra Patient, showed that China’s pets (catals) consumer market reached 17.8 billion in 2018, an increase of 27 per cent over 2017 ($134 billion). In order to promote the healthy development of the pet industry and reduce disputes over pets, the country should speed up its pet law legislation to improve the management of pets by residents, the protection of the rights and interests of pets, the development of pet professionals, and the regulation of matters involving pet therapy, foster care, etc.
In the recent past, the representatives of the Fatty City Congress have proposed the establishment of a system of guardianship of pets, which is aimed at the management of pets by residents and requires that the responsibility of “guardianship” be clearly established for the residents. Last year's smoky dog incident, which drew public attention, was a manifestation of the tension. In the case of repeated incidents of dog injuries, there were even calls for dogs to be killed indiscriminately if they were seen without a cord.
The increase in the number of stray dogs and the increase in the number of stray dogs who have died of rabies has implications for the protection of the rights and interests of civilized dogs and animals, most of which have been abandoned by their owners and cannot simply be killed. At the level of pet industry development, however, there is considerable market demand for pet food, pet therapy, pet foster care, etc., as the pet population increases. This requires industry norms and professional development adapted to industry development. The survey shows that there are more than 9,700 pet clinics in the country, but some of them lack the qualifications, fish dragons and fees, and there is a lack of clear policy regulations to address these disorders. Developed countries have well-established laws and regulations for pets that regulate both the conduct of pets and the protection of the rights of animals. In the United States, for example, there is an effective system of pets management, and the legal requirements for dogs are many and varied. In order to promote the healthy development of the pet industry and to reduce disputes and contradictions arising from pet farming, the country should streamline and refine the provisions of the policy and regulations on pet breeding, disease prevention and management scattered across different sectors and introduce legislation on pet management at the national level. Delays in legislation can lead to an increase in dog disease and hinder the orderly development of the pet industry.
