On 22 September, the Fifth UNESCO World Congress on Biosphere Reserves, co-hosted by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the People ' s Government of Zhejiang Province, opened in Zhejiangzhou. For the first time, the Conference was held in Asia and was the most widely attended session of UNESCO member States.

The World Biosphere Reserve and its global network are important vehicles for the fall of the Man and the Biosphere Initiative concept. They are not only natural reserves, but also model areas for exploring the harmonious coexistence of human beings with nature. To date, 34 nature reserves in China have been accredited by UNESCO as the world ' s biosphere reserves, ranking first in Asia.
The China Wildlife Conservation Association organized a large and comprehensive exhibition of pictures of Chinese ecology and rare wildlife for the current Congress, and the famous photographer of Inner Mongolia, Ting Kuon-ryung Qin Qin Ling, was successfully selected for the exhibition.

San Francisco is the first natural reserve established in Guizhou. The San Francisco World Biosphere Reserve, with a unique tropical natural ecosystem in Central Asia, is rich in flora and fauna and comprises 7925 species of wildlife (4789 wild plants and 3136 wild animals). The State focuses on the protection of 140 species of flora and fauna, of which 57 are protected (first-degree protection of animals, 11 species, gill monkeys, leopards, penetrating nails, mussels, lingcats, white-collar tailings, yellow chestnuts, etc.) and 83 species of plants (first-level protection of plants, Sanctuary coldwoods, zirconium, red beanwood, southern red beanwood, silver almonds, etc.). San Francisco retains a large number of ancient, rare and endangered species and has a very important bioecological research value.
