In recent times, a joint pyrotechnic event between Cai Guoqiang and the original bird has generated widespread attention and controversy in the Qingxi Plateau region (approximately 4,500 metres above sea level). 1. From a habitat perspective, animal habitat in the highlands is limited and vulnerable. The strong vibrations and noises generated by fireworks are highly likely to cause small animal caves such as rat rabbits to collapse. Rat rabbits, the key species in the highland ecosystem, have caves that not only feed themselves, but also provide space for many other organisms. When caves collapse, rats and rabbits lose their homes and other living beings living with them will be displaced, thus affecting the stability of the ecosystem as a whole. Moreover, the continued strong light and noise of fireworks can scare many animals and force them to flee their familiar habitat. For some animals of a territorial nature, leaving their original territories means losing food resources and opportunities for reproduction, to the detriment of their populations.
