In the working room, hairy body travels from time to time, with dogs resting on the master's feet and cats scrambling on documents and sun. In an interview, Ms. Zhou, the head of the company, said that she was a “dog-to-cat” pooper with special feelings for pets. Ms. Zhou told journalists that the tradition of bringing pets to work stemmed from an accidental warmth. Last summer, an employee who feared that his dog would stay alone for a heat break took him to the company. On that day, colleagues who were normally working stopped their work and turned to dogs, the office atmosphere was as relaxed and lively as ever. Since then, the number and variety of company pets have increased: Some bring gentle Labrador, soft bears, live Teddy; some carry round-rolling short, elegant dolls; and even employees bring small, delicate bags of honey. At meetings, the pets are occasionally seen as “stands” — some lying down at the master's feet and others sleeping in their chairs. There are also two “office pups” who run around in the hallways, run across the workspaces, and every time they meet, the employees laugh and greet them, and the mood rises.
In order to give pets better space, Ms. Zhou also designed the company's corner to open a “pattern” — with soft mats, pet toys, special feeding and drinking water areas. At noon, pet horns are always the hottest place, cats and dogs chase, and bags of honey come in the trees, like a small zoo.
