The exhibit will feature a special focus on the key topic of “The iterative upgrading that the distributors have to do” in the context of the [West-West pet trends forum, innovators' conference]. The aim of this forum is to deepen the representational case of a country that is still experiencing negative growth in complex environments and to bring together a group of good dealers who were still firmly advanced in 2025.

Among them are industry seniors who are constantly self-renovating and pragmatic in addressing challenges, as well as industries that are emerging from new business thinking. Whether traditional powers that continue to solve difficult problems or those who bring new logic, they are working together as “innovators” to break through the difficulties, reshape the growth path, and redefine the development coordinates of the central and western and even Chinese pet industries.

This session of the General Assembly will be divided into four thematic parts, which will be in-depth and will help practitioners to see trends and find the right path:

Part 1 [Data Coordinates] — Focus on the Panorama of the Western and Central Petty Consumer Market to provide data insight into industry-level logic and future growth opportunities;

Second Part [West Channel Ecology] - inviting representatives of regional leading enterprises to share the unique pattern of channels, market strategies and ecological evolution in the Midwest;

Part III [Growth like the Word] — field guests share how to stabilize the fundamentals and dig new growth points in the Red Sea through “micro-innovation” strategies such as digitization, flow operations and landscape re-engineering;

Part IV [New Forces of the Back Wave] — Focusing on the Forces nouvelles, mapping out how to inject new ideas into traditional business, new ways of playing, finding new opportunities in the old track, and bringing about bad growth.
