In recent days, after the death of an elderly person living alone, the dog he fed was always guarding his family, thinning his skin and even decomposing his skin. Eventually, the dog was successfully rescued by animal rescue agencies. And the dog moved a lot of friends to the master's unswerving emotions.

On 9 September, the cover press contacted Chen Ming, the head of the Social Work Services Centre in the Wangwang Po District of Chongqing City, a rescue provider. As a person who was personally involved in the operation of the dog, he said that the dog was still being treated at the pet hospital and that his health had improved, but psychological problems remained the most difficult problem at present.
The dog's still skinny.
According to Chen, on 1 September, Wangwang Home received a telephone call from a representative of the northern community of the Gangbei District Bridge, stating that after the death of an elderly person living alone in the old neighbourhood of Fukukang village, the dog it fed was left unattended and starved to the bone but still refused to leave where the elderly lived.
In the early morning of 2 September, Chen and several volunteers came down to the room of the elderly who had left the country.
“When we went in, we saw the dog being so thin that it was a mess. The dog stayed in the room and wouldn't leave." Chen Mingji said that the residents of the district had told him that the old man had died on 22 August and that three people had come to take the dog away, without success. He was thrown out of the room and came back.
"Seeing us in the room, the dog starts barking. We can't take it with anesthesia because it's so weak. As a result, Chen Ming stayed in his room and kept calming the dog.
A video taken by volunteers showed a brown and black dog standing in a messy house, thin, long nails and suspected skin problems in the back and hips. Chen Ming wanted to feed the dog with his ham intestines, but the food did not let it go.
And I whispered to him, "Ah, don't be afraid, we're all here to save you. Your master has gone to heaven, he can't take care of you, he can't take care of you, he can't take care of you. After nearly three hours of patient persuasion, the dog finally dropped his guard and went into food.
He then gently put a towed rope on his dog and tried to take it away. But the dog still resists, and Chen is comforted.

And when we left, the “saw war” went on. “It walked two steps back, and I pulled it out again.” Until it reached the stairwell, the volunteers found tears falling from its eyes. “I took it without notice, and it was the volunteers who saw it and said it shed tears, and I looked down, and it was true.” Chen said.
Chen was deeply moved by this loyal puppy, “I've been dealing with dogs for almost 30 years, and this is the second time I've seen a dog crying, and the second time I've met a dead dog, last time again in 2006”.
Volunteers put video of the entire process with the dog online and made a lot of friends. You've been saying, "I can't help but cry when I see it crying," "It's crying, it just can't talk." There are even netizens who praise the dog as a "real dog"
While leaving the master's room, the dog shed tears.
It was only after asking the residents that Chen Ming learned that the deceased was a single grandmother in her 70s. The inhabitants of the community have never seen the old man walk the dog, and the name of the dog is unknown to everyone. Chen Ming has given the dog a new name, “loyalty”, to praise its loyalty.
After bringing out “loyalty”, Chen and the volunteers took it to the pet hospital first. The examination revealed damage to the “loyalty” liver, minor kidney problems and symptoms such as anaemia. After a week of treatment, “loyalty” has improved and is still being treated in hospitals.
At present, “loyalty” is being treated in hospitals.
Chen Ming has indicated that it will take at least one or two months for “loyalty” to fully recover. What is more difficult than physical rehabilitation is its psychological problems: “As described by the inhabitants, the elderly have hardly ever taken him out of the house, resulting in a lack of social cohesion, a high level of vigilance and serious psychological handicap for all but the master”.
With regard to the successor arrangements for “loyalty,” Chen Ming stated that after his physical recovery, he would be able to arrange for a separate trial to help him out of the psychological shadow, a process that would be half a year short and longer. “We would also welcome adoption if the right person were to adopt later. The most important thing now is to hope that loyalty will soon emerge from physical and psychological trauma.”
