On the afternoon of 15 July, tourists found a dead dolphin on the beach of the Rockscape of the Dallinval House in Liaoning. On 16 July, the local marine aquatic research department had moved them away to produce samples.

"We call it the Sea Pig."
On 16 July, a Liaoning netizens video reported that dolphins had been found on the seaside of the balconies and were being removed by the persons concerned.
The live video shows dolphins with a head size of only 2 metres being hit by the waves, no longer breathing.
"It's the second level of national protection of animals, and we call it a "sea pig" that belongs to the dolphins."
Some netizens said, "It's supposed to be dead after being stranded."
According to publicly available information, dolphins are aquatic predatory mammals, and in 2021, 17 species of dolphins, such as Chinese white dolphins, rusty dolphins, spotted dolphins, striped dolphins, and swirling porpoises, were included in the National List of Priority Wildlife Protection, of which the Chinese white dolphins are protected wildlife at the national level, while the remaining 16 are protected wildlife at the national level.
The Commune's Response
It's been pulled from the Marine Fisheries Institute to make specimens of animals.
On 17 July, journalists contacted the City Hotel of Dalianwa, where staff indicated that the Cemetery area was open and did not collect tickets. The matter was managed by the Municipal Marine Development Authority and a telephone call was provided.
In addition, the staff of the Natural Resources Department of the City of Wazza confirmed to journalists that it was responsible only for the protection of terrestrial wildlife and that dolphins were marine animals and should be managed by the Authority.
Journalists contacted the WAMA to ask how marine wildlife is protected and treated. Staff declined to interview for lack of information.
On the afternoon of 17 July, journalists contacted the government of the Quakers, where staff said: “It was discovered on a rocky beach and was dealt with yesterday afternoon”.
Another staff member told the journalist that “the day before yesterday (15 July) was discovered by tourists on the beach and was dead. Without landfill, Dalian (Liaonin Province) Marine Fisheries Institute will produce animal specimens.”
The staff member stated that it was not clear what the cause of death was, but denied that it had to do with the hot weather, “We haven't had too high temperatures in the last few days, two days at 30°C”.
On 17 July, journalists contacted the Liaoning Provincial Institute of Marine Aquatic Sciences, and staff members recorded that they would contact specific sections to respond, which had not yet been received.
