The police officers of the police station in the district recalled that they had quickly arrived at the scene, following a public alarm. At that time, the mad dog was in a state of intenseness and was roaming the streets, causing two passersby to be bitten. Taking into account the fact that direct arrest may provoke an aggressive mad dog and that there is a risk of injury, the head of the field command temporarily decided to activate the "dog helper" — a trained dog has been called by a friend.
