Mr. Wang of Zhejiangzhou stated that on 1 August his mother had ordered delivery at a retail chain supermarket platform, and that the seller had kicked their pet dog outside the door while delivering meals. The dog was lying still on the ground and, after being taken to hospital, the pet hospital declared the rescue to be invalid.
In an interview with the media, Mr. Wang stated that the pet dog belonged to a rollerby bear, had been in possession for 10 years, and that after what had happened, the vendor had not cooperated with the rescue. “I also know that it was not easy for the seller, but he did not apologize at all throughout his journey.” Mr. Wang indicated that he was explaining that he had not kicked hard until the police arrived.
Later, the supermarket chain responded that the distributor was frightened by a dog and that kickback was his stress, “We understood the customer's mood and agreed with the customer on a compensation programme”. However, Mr. Wang stated that the matter had not been dealt with, “they were willing to pay $10,000, and our core claim was that they should apologize in writing, and that they would not be willing to apologize, but that they could just let the delivery boy apologize in writing. We are still considering whether to accept their terms.”
On 12 August, the top-profile journalist contacted the catering shop, where staff indicated that the customers had ordered goods from their home-based distributors and that “the matter had been successfully resolved and successfully dealt with”, others could not easily be said. The above-mentioned staff indicated that a response would be provided at a later date and that the press had not responded as of the date of the submission.
